Flora and Fauna:

Czarnogłowy quarry is a scuba diving site which was created as a result of flooding an open-pit mine. The geological structure of the area allowed an exploitation of carbonate rocks here on an industrial scale. The exploitation of this material lasted until 1960. Turning off the dewatering pumps caused in flooding of the pit and a lake was created. The bottom of the lake falls vertically from the shore, and in the emerald water you can see sunken tree branches. Clean water and flooded forest near vertical walls is one of the many local attractions. In the lake we can meet a lot of pike.
