Flora and Fauna

Glacial lake with II class of water purity (Polish standards). The average depth of the lake is 14 m. The bottom of the tank varied, with many shallowings and drops. The silt layer at the bottom is approximately 20 cm. Vegetation unevenly overgrows the bottom and is only on approx. 6 ha of the bottom surface. Sometimes it creates underwater meadows composed mainly of water pineapple, pondweed, watermilfoils and stonewort. Fish in the lake: tench, bream, ruff, crucian carp, white bream, gudgeon, perch, roach, lavaret, pike, bleak, rudd and eels.
