Underwater attractions

Cape Šilo is an underwater rock located to the north of unoccupied Prvić island. The peak is at a depth of 12 meters, descends up to 70 meters. This place is well-known from red gorgonians, which densely are covering the area already from the depth of about 20 meters. Cape Šilo is characterized by rich underwater life – it is possible to admire a lot of specimens of multicolored snails, lobsters, octopus, scorpionfish and percidae, ophiuroidea, starfishes. There are also sponges, underwater anemones and crinoids. Water is here very transparent, and therefore it is worthwhile to take camera.
