Wreck description:

MS GAVLE is a shipwreck of the Swedish survey vessel located at the south coast of Finland, which lies at a depth of 26 m. This diving site is intended for persons with advanced level of training. Built in 1965, had a length of 52 m and width of 9 m. It sunk on 10 January 1975 = as a result of adverse weather conditions. It was sailing then for equipment to water and seabed analysis. There were no fatalities. The shipwreck lies on the port. While diving, it is possible to find a lot of equipment and construction elements. It is worthwhile to explore cargo holds and captain’s bridge.
